Spa Polices

NoCo Esthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual in accordance with the following criteria:

Disruptive Behavior – Any individual or customer acting rude, intoxicated, or otherwise disrupting the experience for other customers or any staff.

Hygiene and Health – Any individual or customer posing a health risk to any member of our staff due to poor hygiene or illness.

Refusal to Pay – Any individual or customer not able or willing to pay for their services/purchases. 

Violation of Business Hours – Any individual or customer who arrives before or refuses to leave after business hours

Capacity Limits – If at any time the waiting area and/or service areas are at capacity and cannot accomodate more customers.

Cancelation Policies

All bookings require a credit card deposit of 25% to hold your scheduled appointment.  The 25% deposit will be applied to your completed services total.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments.  Appointments canceled in less than the required time or no-shows will not receive a refund of the deposited amount.  

We regret that late arrivals (10 minutes or more after start time of the scheduled service appointment) cannot be guaranteed and/or are subject to loss of refund of deposit.
